一是抓好模板准入，对不合格的模板不允许用于生产，确保混凝土外观质量;

二是抓好梁板预制工艺控制，保证砼强度、钢筋保护层厚度，保证桥面铺装层的厚度、平整度;

三是抓好“首件分析制”，每座桥梁开工后，第一个成品或半成品如桩基、墩柱、梁等完成后应由总监办组织施工单位对质量状况、工艺细节等进行分析并形成正式报告后方可进行批量施工。
